Terms of
Service.

1. The service

InferCut provides an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint that receives your LLM requests and serves them through the strategies we operate — routing, compression, batching and caching — with the goal of resolving each task at the lowest cost that still solves it. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys, and for all usage under them. Keys can be revoked from the dashboard at any time. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

3. Credits & payment

The service runs on prepaid credits. You purchase credits with a card through our payment processor; card data never touches our servers. Every request deducts credits based on what it actually used; cache hits deduct nothing. Credits are non-refundable and never expire. We will give 30 days' notice before changing what a request deducts; credits already purchased are honored at the terms they were purchased under.

4. Fair use

Rate limits apply per API key. We may suspend keys used for abusive, illegal, or automated attack traffic. When your balance reaches zero, requests are rejected until you top up.

5. Data

We do not store or log your prompts or completions, and we do not use your traffic for training. We retain per-request metadata (timestamps, token counts, latency, HTTP status, deducted credits) to meter usage. See our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InferCut disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes come with 30 days' notice. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
